By using Zaplon, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book through Zaplon, or have parental or guardian consent.

Bookings

• Bookings are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled start time.
• Cancellations are allowed up to 30 minutes before your slot.

Service quality

Zaplon is a booking platform that connects customers with salons. The quality of the service you receive is the responsibility of the salon, not Zaplon.
